The challenge
Map existing processes and organizational gaps, define the target state and prioritize implementation.
My contribution
Ran stakeholder workshops and a gap analysis, prioritized more than 20 improvement initiatives with management and drove two of them through to implementation myself. Introduced the company’s first Jira board, used by more than 100 people on international Henkel projects, and automated task and subtask creation.
The outcome
The program established a new organizational structure with clearly defined team responsibilities. In parallel, I introduced a SharePoint intranet within three months and built a four-person social media team.
